SynCone is an implant-retained denture system, which uses between 4 and 6 tapered implants to support a new denture. Usually, it takes months to complete implant treatment, as it takes time for the implants to integrate into the bone tissue. With SynCone implants, however, it is possible to fit the new denture and the implants on the same day, so you don’t have to wait to start reaping the rewards of treatment.

All-on-4 is a same-day implant treatment, which can give you a dazzling new smile in a single treatment session. All-on-4 utilises a set of four implants to support a full arch of new teeth. Traditionally, it takes between 6 and 10 implants to anchor a full arch, but All-on-4 implants are different. The back two implants are located at a 45-degree angle to maximise strength and stability. Once all four implants have been positioned and secured, the new teeth can be attached.
