Usually, when you need a new crown, for example, treatment takes around 2 weeks. An impression is made using dental putty, and this is sent away to the laboratory. The Cerec treatment stages

Cerec is a hugely innovative form of dental technology, which eliminates the need for putty moulds, repeat appointments and temporary restorations. To start the process, we will take photographs of your mouth. These are converted into 3D moulds by Cerec, and these moulds are used to form the template of your bespoke crown. The next step is creating the restoration. The model image is sent to the on-site milling machine, and fabrication takes just a few minutes. The next step is fitting the new restoration. Your dentist will place the crown, the veneers, inlays or onlays, and then secure the restoration.
