I am mortified that the beautiful arrangement of flowers arrived with me, before I had had a chance to write to you and the team to thank you so very very much for all that you have done for me over the past two years.
From day one I have never doubted that I was in the hands of the best and the wonderful wonderful smile I have now is testament to exactly that. I suspect though where your real genius lies is in the fact that not once throughout the whole process after leaving your surgery (even after some of the more scary sessions) have I had any pain, and for someone who had lived on 8 paracetamols a day this genuinely has been a life changing event.
On top of all of this, your quick responses to my panic stations emails, the endless smiles, encouragement and coffee making skills of your team have made a huge difference to what in other circumstances could have been a horrendous process. If I said I had enjoyed it, I suspect people would not believe me, but because of all the support and understanding of some of the challenges this journey requires - loosing all ones teeth and having to wear dentures is never going to be high on one's wish list! I have got as close to looking forward to my visits as I think one could expect, on top of which I can now feel safe knowing knowing that there are good dentists in the world after all!
The flowers were definitely the icing on the top of the cake, they are really beautiful and definitely add a touch of class to our sitting room, thank you very much.
